NFS got deleted from YouTube and had to restart with a new account. I don't know the full story regarding the copyright claims, you will have to ask him. As a rule of thumb I wouldn't recomend this style of commentary . You can get into trouble if you focus only on one YouTuber and use more than half of their video for commentary purposeses.
Now that NF is with a multichannel network, they might start claiming content on his behalf.
